Zach Dillenback

Zach Dillenback is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with over a decade of experience in strategic financial management, regulatory compliance, operational oversight, and leadership within the nonprofit sector. As CFO at Anchorum, he oversees comprehensive financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for the organization and its affiliates. Zach leads the oversight and accounting of Anchorum’s activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while providing financial insights to support community health initiatives.

Previously, Zach held CFO roles at La Familia Health and the Carroll Petrie Foundation, as well as being the Chief Lending Officer at the New Mexico Finance Authority.  He holds an Executive MBA from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida State University. Zach is dedicated to fostering team development and driving financial strategies that promote organizational growth and mission-driven impact.
