Phillip Valencia has seen firsthand the impact Anchorum has made in improving the health of New Mexico throughout his tenure as program manager. The opportunity to make a tangible difference in the community is what inspires him. As a native, multi-generational New Mexican, he feels that being a part of Anchorum means he is playing a small role in bringing about positive change in the community he calls home. His experience in financial reporting, analysis, and property management allows him to effectively manage the organization’s many assets as program manager.
Born in Española, Valencia is an alum of St. Michael’s High School, earned his bachelor’s in accounting from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management, and is a member of the Leadership Santa Fe class of 2023.
