As the Director of Operations, he leads strategic initiatives to improve internal processes, strengthen team coordination, and align resources with mission-driven goals. His approach combines a deep understanding of organizational dynamics with a passion for people, ensuring that operations not only run smoothly but also meaningfully support the communities Anchorum serves.

Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on healthcare, grounding his work in both strategic thinking and the human-centered values essential to advancing community health.

Known for his energy, positivity, and thoughtful communication, Josh brings joy and purpose to his work, creating space for innovation, efficiency, and connection. He’s passionate about building environments where people feel empowered to thrive and where systems support sustainable, mission-aligned progress.

A proud resident of New Mexico for over a decade, Josh lives in Santa Fe with his partner and two teenage boys. He is honored to contribute to Anchorum’s vision of improving health and well-being across northern New Mexico.
