Heather started her career in the nonprofit world, and after more than 20 years as a marketing and communications consultant, she is excited to serve as Anchorum’s communication lead and tell the stories of the impact of the organization’s important work in northern New Mexico. With a Master’s in Communication Arts, she speaks fluent Spanish, is the Santa Fe dining reviewer for the Albuquerque Journal and writes for other regional publications as well. When Heather is not writing and telling stories, she is foraging for the best ingredients, cooking, blogging, hiking, traveling and spending time with her friends and dogs.
