Guruprakash Khalsa

Guruprakash brings over 20 years of leadership experience across for-profit and nonprofit sectors, with a deep commitment to community impact and strategic philanthropy. 

As the Manager of the Executive Office, she supports the Board, CEO, and Senior Executive Team in coordinating organizational strategy, overseeing HR functions, and fostering operational excellence.

Guruprakash holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership, bringing a strong foundation in effective management, people development, and strategic planning to her role. 

Known for creating collaborative, mission-driven environments, she facilitates strong relationships across boards, teams, and community partners. 

Passionate about the health and wellness of northern New Mexico communities, Guruprakash is dedicated to advancing Anchorum’s mission by leveraging her experience to create lasting, positive change. 

Originally from Altadena, California, she has lived and worked in Northern New Mexico for over 25 years. She resides in Los Alamos with her husband and teenage son, while her older son attends the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque.
