Cyndi Conn 

Director of Learning & Innovation

Cyndi Conn uses her diverse skill set to leverage the power of collaboration to tackle complex challenges. With a career path that has included the arts, film production, community building, affordable housing, and more, Conn is poised to address Anchorum’s goal of building healthly communities with courage, optimism, and collaboration. 

She is currently the founder and president of LaunchProjects and co-founder and executive director of the Santa Fe Data Platform. She was previously the executive director of Creative Santa Fe.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, she received her bachelor’s in Latin American studies from Tulane University and a master’s in curatorial studies and arts administration from Skidmore College.
